A chance to accompany artist-photographer Robert Darch on a photo walk around Torrington Commons and the Tamar.

This walk is an opportunity for photographers with an interest in the landscape to see how Robert uses light to capture a sense of place with his camera. Throughout the walk, Robert will offer advice and discuss how he approaches taking pictures.

This photowalk is weather permitting and if weather warnings are in place/ torrential rain forecast we will look to reschedule the walk and will update participants as required.

Location

Photo Walk will start at Torrington Commons Car Park (The Old Bowling Green not South Street Car Park). The car park is free to park.

What you need to bring

Please bring along your own camera and wear appropriate clothing for walking on the commons which could be muddy or slippery if raining. Please bring waterproofs.

Concessionary rates, cancellations and refunds

Concessionary rates need to be booked directly through the gallery either in person or over the telephone by calling 01237 471455.

Workshops cancelled with under 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. An Eventbrite admin fee will be automatically deducted for workshops cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice.
