Journey Through Art is a programme for young people aged 6 – 13 years*. Once a month, the Burton will host workshops for this age group covering a variety of creative media and skills. Come along simply to have fun and get creative, or choose to work towards an Arts Award.
Regular participants who want to work towards an Arts Award can pick up a Journey Through Art Passport for £2 to keep a record of their hours. You can purchase your Passport online or in person from the gallery shop.

Using a mixture of fun exercises, games and industry techniques, learn to design and make your own plasticine characters from start to finish with animator and visual artist Hector K-B. Participants are welcome to take their models home to use in their own stop-motion movies!
