Carole Evans, Learning and Engagement Manager, said: “The Burton at Bideford would like to thank all players of Postcode Lottery for enabling us to receive this funding.

“As a charity, support like this is vital to help us continue to run impactful programmes that connect to our community. We believe that all young people in North Devon should have free access to art and creative activities.”

She added: “This funding will allow us to develop our support for children, schools and young families through Burton Futures, enriching the lives of our future generations.”

People’s Postcode Lottery is an external lottery manager which operates charity lotteries on behalf of 20 independent Postcode Trusts. It is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission. Players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £1.5 billion for thousands of charities and local good causes.

Winning Millionaire Street locations are announced every Saturday.
