Situated within The Burton at Bideford, Café du Parc is a fabulous French-themed and licensed meeting place. The café is bistro-style, giving it a light, airy atmosphere. Enjoy great food in a beautiful and popular North Devon location.

Tuesday to Saturday: 10.00am – 4.00pm
Sunday: 11.00am – 4.00pm*
Lunch menu available from 11.30am – 2.30pm
Crêpes/Galettes available Tuesday to Saturday from 10.30am – 2.30pm
Drinks and cakes served from 10.00am – 3.45pm

A taste of France
From cakes, pastries and baguettes, the sweet Les Crêpes de Froment and savoury Les Galettes de Breton menus, to the seasonal and French-inspired Petits Plats and daily specials, there will be something to tempt you. Menus are changed regularly and everything is prepared in-house. Wherever possible we source local, quality produce for you to enjoy an authentic food experience.
The perfect meeting place
Overlooking Victoria Park with its fabulous children’s facilities and adjacent Riverside carpark, yet still within Bideford town centre, the Café du Parc is the perfect setting to rendezvous with friends, family, colleagues and even large groups by arrangement.
Licensed to serve alcohol
We serve a lovely selection of French beer, wine and cider inside the Café and on the terrace.
Outdoor tables
A spacious terrace situated beside the green expanse of Victoria Park, with awnings to protect from the sun and light rain. Galettes are only available to inside diners. Please note that dogs are not permitted inside the Café.
Take-away
Everything on the menu except Galettes is available to take away.
Occasional evenings
From June 2024 we resume “First Fridays”, when a more elaborate evening menu is offered at a set price on the first Friday of the month. We are also able to cater for occasional private parties.
