Hello World: A TransCultural Exchange
On June 20, 2020 – the summer/winter solstice, the longest/shortest day of the year –TransCultural Exchange invites people everywhere to join Hello World's(virtual) trekaround the globe. Visitors can peruse, photos, prints and installations by artists from Argentina to Zambia along with many stops along the way. Included will be artists' films and videos, trailers of dance performances and musical pieces from France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Egypt, China and Brazil, along with scores of others.
Featuring Lydia Halcrow, a local artist who worked on the Burton's environmental commission in 2019. Hello World is an international project where artists throughout the world have submitted artworks to share with all of us. We hope you enjoy this gesture of goodwill and solidarity from our colleagues around the globe. (Transcultural Exchange)
