Launch of The Friends Annual Open Exhibition
Organised by The Friends of The Burton, the annual open exhibition offers an opportunity for artists across the UK to submit work for exhibition. It presents an exciting overview of artistic practices today, from painting and ceramics to printmaking, sculpture and textiles.

“We are delighted to launch The Friends Annual Open Exhibition 2025 at The Burton this autumn – a calendar highlight for our audiences. This year’s exhibition includes a fantastic range of subject matters and materials, showcasing the talent of artists across the South West region and beyond. All works in the exhibition are for sale, so put together your festive wish list!
We are thankful to The Friends for their continued fundraising in support of The Burton’s work, which this year has contributed to key acquisitions, engagement and exhibitions including ‘Joan Miró: Painting and Poetry’ also presented this Autumn.”
All artworks are for sale, and the funds raised support the ongoing work of The Burton.
The exhibition runs from 15 November to 21 December.
