This perfect Mother’s Day present will include a brief introduction into the history of chocolate, tools used and the process of making products. Those who attend will create two types of truffles to take home in a presentation box/bag. (We know! Yummy right?!)
Copper Hill Chocolates is owned and run by Clive Leonard, a professional chef with many years of experience in fine dining.
Clive is now concentrating more on bespoke chocolate making which forms this new thriving company. You can rest assured that with Clive’s professional experience and his commitment to very high quality, that you will not be disappointed with the end product.
